Strengthen mind, body and spirit in preparation for labour and delivery with a class designed to help you deepen your experience and enjoyment during pregnancy. Classes include yoga postures to address and relieve common discomforts of pregnancy; relaxation techniques and breathing exercises to ease fear and anxiety; abdominal and pelvic floor toning to enhance postnatal recovery. These classes are beneficial anytime during your pregnancy.
